Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made via email to [email protected] prior to the registration deadline of March 25. The chapter will refund the amount paid, minus a $15 administrative service fee if your request is received before the registration deadline. After March 25, all sales are final and cannot be refunded. If you cannot attend, but would like another person to attend in your place, please notify us by April 13, 2011.
